Noticeboard

If you have travelled to the UK from mainland China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau in the previous 14 days and are experiencing cough or fever or shortness of breath, you should to stay indoors, call the surgery on 0141 339 3626 or if your surgery is closed ring NHS 24 (111) informing them of your symptoms and your recent travel. Do not leave home until you have been given advice by a clinician.

 

Asthma Review

For patients who are due an annual asthma review.

Please would you answer the questions on the form below and submit it to us.

If your symptoms are deteriorating or you have any concerns, please make an appointment to the respiratory nurse or a doctor as well.
